The sesame

The sesame

Sesame (Sesamum indicum) is a plant of the Pedaliaceae family and an agricultural product widely cultivated for its seeds.
Sesame is experiencing strong development in sub-Saharan countries due to its easy cultivation and low production costs. The production of white and cream-white varieties has a high growth rate due to their traditional use in Asia and the population growth in these countries, as well as the increasing use in pastry in Europe and in a bakery.

In India, sesame seeds are considered a symbol of immortality. In Africa, mainly in Ivory Coast, sesame is grown in large quantities like our other export products such as coconut, mango, pineapple ... And we export it to other countries.
